Par qui ?

Je suis passionnée de pâtisserie, du genre à lire des recettes comme d’autres lisent des romans… 

je vise à en faire mon metier, j’ai la chance de rejoindre le rang des alumnis de l’École Ducasse à la rentrée 2026.

Ce blog, c’est mon carnet de recettes : un endroit où je rassemble mes créations, mes tests, mes classiques, et surtout mes recettes préférées (Le flan). Un peu comme un recueil, mais avec plus de sucre et moins de poussière.


Ici, on pâtisse par passion, on apprend en faisant, et on partage tout — sauf peut-être le dernier morceau.

Pour qui ?

Ce blog est a la destiné de tous ceux qui souhaite apprendre, de tous les curieux, ceux qui jurent qu’ils ne sont « pas très dessert »..; mais qui demandent quand même la recette. Pour les gourmands assumé, les amateurs de patisserie et toutes les personnes convaincu qu’un bon flan peut régler pas mal de problèmes.

C’est avant tout un blog personnel, un lieu où mes recettes sont regroupées et c’est pour cette raison qu’il ne sera au grand jamais commercialisé!
